引述自 Cycling Muscles,除了主要的大腿肌群外,臀部(A)在1~3點鐘其實是主要肌群,這也難怪之前跑去桶後溪,回程的時候屁股又酸又痛,而在3~6點鐘才是大腿(B)和小腿(C),還有也是為什麼有時候會大腿後側酸到受不了。

原來如此!
